50th Anniversary in 2011. The culmination of our year-long celebration was
Polentafest where we successfully set a new
Guinness World Record™ for making the largest Polenta - 6150 lbs of it!

The Fogolar Furlan has enjoyed an ongoing reputation as one of Windsor & Essex County’s premiere
banquet facilities. In addition to
weddings, we are an excellent facility to host gala events,
business meetings & conferences, training courses, baby showers, fundraisers, and luncheons; among
many other events. The unique architecture of the facilities, together with the beautiful patio
and the forested
picnic grounds provide the perfect setting for many special occasions. This natural
setting is complimented by extensive menu offerings covering a wide range of
Italian cuisine.
We are excited to continue serving unique dinners to our members & friends at our "Fogolar Restaurant."
Each Friday night from 5 to 10pm our Dante Costa hall converts into a cozy eatery, where our chef prepares a
variety of traditional meals for the patrons. Dishes include Roasted Rabbit on a bed of Fennel
Risotto, Lobster Ravioli, and Osso Bucco on a bed of Polenta, in addition to many other home cooked
Northern Italian favourites. Specials cost just $15 and are an affordable and healthy way to
take the family out for dinner. Stone-baked pizza and all-you-can-eat pasta are served on Friday nights as well.
