Working out of a state-of-the-art cooking facility, the highly experienced kitchen staff at the Fogolar is trained to prepare an appetizing and elegant meal for your special occasion. The staff specializes in Italian cuisine, and have recently added some new and exciting dishes to the menu. Our Chicken Fogolar, which includes a chicken breast topped with fontina cheese, asparagus and a cream sauce has been the star menu item to many evenings. Our new Beef Tenderloin Strips with Sweet Peppers is another popular main. These items can be paired with our popular fish courses of bass or mahi mahi. All of our dishes are sure to leave your guests thoroughly satisfied.
