Working out of a brand-new
5000 square-foot cooking facility, the highly experienced kitchen staff at the Fogolar is trained to
prepare an appetizing and elegant meal for your special occasion.
The staff specializes in Northern Italian and Furlan cuisine,
and have recently added some new and exciting dishes to the menu. Our new Vodka Blush Penne is
is an excellent starter for your special event. It goes beautifully with our delicious and light Orange Roughy
& Green Beans Almondine or tender Chicken Francesca & Parisienne Potatoes. Our Beef
Tenderloin and Veal Marsala dishes are always cooked to perfection and will have
your guests' mouths watering. In addition to a vast selection of wonderful pasta, fish, and meat
dishes, we have many choices of vegetables, antipastos, fruit & cheese plates, and desserts.
Our general manager and assistant manager are always willing to work with you to create a meal
